My son had Berac Auto Repair do a lot of required work to his older Toyota Sequoia, prior to a trip to the US West Coast, including brakes, steering and a lot of front end work. The work was all well done and for substantially less than Kal Tire had quoted for the same work. Upon my son’s recommendation, we decided to have Berac Auto Repair Saskatoon do a significant amount of work to our 2010 Toyota Venza. It required the engine oil and filter change, changing the transmission oil and filter, changing the differential oil and transfer case oil. Our Toyota Venza also required a general tuneup, which included changing the spark plugs, air filter, and cabin filter. There were a significant number of oil leaks of the drive components near the back of the car, which included replacing the rear CV axle seals. They took a significant amount of time to remove all the caked on oil and dirt that had accumulated on many components. They had those areas looking like new again. I had requested that they re-fasten two plastic trim pieces at the bottom of the front fenders, directly behind the mud-flaps. They also re-fastened a loose heat shield over the rear muffler that had been making a lot of annoying noise. They did not charge us for any of those re-fastening labor tasks. I felt the their charges were very fair and probably on the low side since their shop rate was the most reasonable I’ve seen. I felt they were very honest about everything, showing me the defective parts and explaining the repairs required.
